About ZenSense
Sensory meditation, the result and sharing — simply explained.
What is ZenSense?
A free sensory meditation test for a computer and mouse. First, keep your eyes open for about a minute to adapt and practise clicking. Then close them and meditate for 3, 5 or 10 minutes.
How do I respond?
During screen adaptation, watch with eyes open. During meditation, close your eyes. Darker: left click. Brighter: right click. No change: wait. The ← and → keys also work.
What does +50% mean?
The same light-change range is used at the start and end: 6 real changes each. For example, 4/6 to 6/6 gives (6 ÷ 4 − 1) × 100 = +50%. The rounded display is 67% → 100%, a gain of 33 percentage points.
When is comparison unavailable?
Too few completed responses or extra clicks can prevent comparison. If the start is zero, no percentage is calculated; a later correct response is shown as “First recognition”.
Can I compare different days?
Use the same screen brightness and room lighting. The result compares how well you distinguished brightness changes in a short sensory meditation test.
How do I share my result?
Share meditation sends a short result and link, and copies the result for pasting. Download image saves a result card. The app does not save results. Cloudflare may collect basic visit statistics.
